Our vision is to create an state of art intranet which enables the sharing of knowledge base round the clock through wider internet bandwidth.

Objectives
- To provide inter connectivity among different departments and enhance existing facility to access internet worldwide effectively through a 2 Mbps dedicated leased line connectivity.
- To provide central computing facilities to student and staff for their learning, classroom teaching and research needs.
- To strengthen the PG Programme in different departments.
- To conduct short / long term intensive training programme to the working professionals as per industry/ institutions needs.
- To prepare and disseminate the instructional material related to design methodologies (viz. VLSI design, CAD design, Multimedia based design etc.)
- To provide LAN connection to faculty ,cabins faculty residences and hostels to access centralized facility available in the resource center round the clock
- To offer a variety of training programmes on all emerging areas of computing and engineering design.
- To provide specialized design software's to cater the specific needs of different departments.
DIVISION OF IT RESOURCE CENTER
DESIGN CENTER:
- Three clusters; each with 15 nodes & one server.
- ECED & EED (Design Tools of Electronics & Electrical; MATLAB, Embedded system.
- MED & CED (CAD/ CAM )
- CSED (Multimedia & other tools
COMPUTING CENTER:
- Internet Connectivity: 34 Mbps (1:1) Leased Line,
2 Mbps (1:1) RF link,
10 Mbps broadband connection.
- 8 Server (Web, Proxy, Mail, Data-base, Linux & Netware
