The College is managed by a Society registered under the Societies Registration Act. No. XXI of 1960. The administration of the College and its affairs are controlled by Board of Governors of the Society. The Hon'ble Minister for the Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh is the Ex-Officio Chairman and the Principal of the College is the Ex-Officio member Secretary of the Board of Governors.

The college has UGC recognition 2F and 12B under UGC act 1956.
